The race continues for the most valuable Israeli startup… http://venturebeat.com/2013/07/08/mobileye-raises-400m-to-kick-driverless-car-technology-into-high-gear/ Mobileye, based in Jerusalem, is making Waze (http://www.businessinsider.com/israeli-startups-hope-for-gold-rush-after-googles-1-billion-acquisition-of-waze-2013-7) look like small potatoes with its latest $400M financing at a $1.6 billion valuation, based on its driverless car technology, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
Surrounded by smart phones, smart home entertainment systems, smart home monitoring systems, smart cars and more, does our ambition to be intelligent and strive for the top deteriorate?
The less we need to think, the less we actually think! Could this be the end of intelligence as we know it?
Forgive me, I am a closet luddite.(http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=luddite)
