Upon returning to Canada in 2011, Elisheva joined a leading Toronto start-up boutique and gained expertise in the local tech scene, and a solid client base of entrepreneurs and investors.
In 2014, Elisheva ventured into private practice independently, relying on her extensive knowledge of the needs of entrepreneurs and investors.

Elisheva holds an LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, a B.A. in Sociology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is a member of the Israeli Bar and the Law Society of Ontario.
Relying on her strong background in commercial litigation and corporate law in leading law firms in Toronto and Tel Aviv, Elisheva served as General Counsel of Benchmark Capital, a leading US Venture Capital fund operating in Israel from 2005-2010, working closely and supporting a portfolio in excess of $500 million in Israel, the US and Europe.
